Subject: NMRHCA Switch Update

Please inform your members regarding the following:
The switch enrollment letter for NMRHCA 2008 Benefits contained errors related to the current and future premiums. An amended letter will be mailed out to NMRHCA’s members and are to arrive no later than Friday, November 9th. Due to the circumstances, the deadline for switch enrollment has been extended to December 15th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
